It is here at last! First teased several months, and in the works for 9 months, the YouTube channel "Kurzgesagt - In a Nutshell" has released their take on "The Rise of the Machines".
Machines and artificial intelligence are going to do a better job than you - it's just a matter of time. Whether it be a CEO, a Steem blogger or a theoretical physicist - machines are going to replace you. Of course, it's not all jobs, and some could take longer, but it's happening. Of course, automation has been around since the industrial revolution, but it is different this time - and the video focuses on just that.
In usual Kurzgesagt fashion, the piece is impeccably researched and the animations just as refreshing. Can't wait for the follow up, though it could be several months judging by their motto of quality over quantity. For now, "The Rise of the Machines" is highly recommended!
