I specifically remember Turkmenistan, although I don't remember who said it. Anyway, I heard nothing about Uzbekistan, Tajikistan or Kirgizstan. I have seen images from Kazachstan. Surrounding countries are Iran, Afghanistan and maybe Pakistan, not places where I would want to be. So I focused on Turkmenistan in case I ever need to go somewhere in a rush. Most of it is desert.
