Hi there! I am trying to upload a video that I rendered and exported from Final Cut Pro X. But the video does not preview and will also not recognise when I attempt to take a snap using your upload screen button. Also, when i upload a snap/jpg taken via other means, it turns out blank as well. Is there a known issue? Or a known fix? I have tried twice now to do it and it is still the exact same issue.
