Hi, I'm saul! I am 20 years old, currently living in san cristobal- venezuela.
For nobody is a secret the strong crisis in which Venezuelans are, however, we are warriors who are always looking for a way to keep us on our feet.
The initiative starts with @ Malos10 In its publication * "Thanks to steemit I can give food to homeless people" *. Starting a project that with the help of @youarehope has been developing ..
where @ diego-ar and I are part as assistants.
We started at 10am and finished at approximately 4pm, making 130 arepas with their respective stuffing, then they were packaged and placed in the container.
Although actions like this would not completely change this situation, if it helps in any way, at least in your locality ... that's what it's about, right? contribute with a grain of sand, I am sure that if more people did this, things would improve enormously, since we would seek the solution on our own without waiting for a government to grant us their supposed "benefits".
It was gratifying to see their faces of gratitude, some gave us their blessing others just with the look told us much more! mothers waiting patiently and entire families who were there .. they received their arepa perhaps at the time that most needed it since these people have been hours in a living room waiting for news about the state of health of a loved one.
In the case of this man, if is living in deplorable conditions between cardboard boxes and sheets, however, he appreciate every second of encouragement, and he even asked us to please raise a prayer so that his leg would be healed!
During the process we realized that there were more people
doing this every day
As this gentleman sees in the image (pastor of an evangelical church), who refused an interview because he told us that he alone for God, he wear 2 large thermos with soup, thus giving them a much more complete dinner! soup + arepa, coincidence? I think not! ... that's how it was on God's plans!
All this is possible thanks to the help of @youarehope and people who gave their financial support for a good cause.
