I chose Social Work because I like the idea of knowing that I can influence the lives of people in a positive way and with the sole purpose of providing support to get ahead. By encouraging, I know that I can help people to develop their abilities as human beings in order to achieve their goals in life. And being able to contribute something so immensely great for people's lives (that for me is priceless).
