Hace 6 años salió un video tipo documental llamado “Caracas, ciudad de despedidas” por aquel entonces causó estupor cada una de las frases racistas, clasistas y hasta neonazis lanzadas por ese grupo de jóvenes de clase alta “preocupados por su futuro” en el cual lo mejor para ellos era sin duda ´irse demasiado´ de Venezuela huyendo del comunismo venezolano.
Dejando a un lado todas los chistes y el patético video, podemos hoy rescatar algo de aquello: ya no son los jóvenes de clase alta los que se van (ya ellos se fueron demasiado hace mucho) ahora son los de clase media y clase baja, ya son jóvenes de todos los extractos sociales los que deciden irse del país para buscar una “mejor situación económica”.
Desde que la “Guerra Económica” comenzó, la juventud venezolana ha perdido poco a poco la esperanza. La derecha se ha encargado de sembrar la idea de que en Venezuela no hay futuro y toda esa juventud profesional o no, vulnerables psicológicamente a los medios de comunicación y acostumbrados a un ritmo de consumo como el que comenzó a tener Venezuela desde que el comandante se estabilizó en el Gobierno, han decidido irse del país sin mirar atrás. Cada vez son más y más. Ya no son en la Castellana las cenas de despedidas de cualquier amigo, ahora en cualquier casa venezolana de cualquier sector popular son las despedidas.
Les confieso que yo era renuente completamente a estos hechos, casi de llamar “traidores a la patria” a los que abandonan este barco llamado Venezuela, pero debo respetar y en vez de ATACAR a esos compatriotas me debo preguntar:
¿Qué estamos haciendo desde la juventud revolucionaria para combatir esto?
Es ahí donde el meollo en mi cabeza lanza otra pregunta:
¿Estamos siendo capaces de llegar a la juventud?
Y me retumba la respuesta: ¡NO!
Se han creado planes de desarrollo, financiamientos a proyectos socioproductivos, formaciones técnicas educativas para que la juventud venezolana se integre al desarrollo económico y social que demanda el país actualmente, pero nada más lejos de conseguir los resultados necesarios.
Lo que está pasando es verdaderamente serio, el Gobierno invierte millones en educación para brindarle al pueblo el acceso gratuito y de calidad pero vemos que quienes se benefician de esto son los países a los cuales nuestros profesionales emigran: Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Uruguay, Perú y hasta Colombia son los destinos de los jóvenes desesperados en muchos casos padres de familia.
Podemos revertir esta situación, siento que desde la misma juventud está el resolver esta realidad.
Six years ago, a documentary-type video called "Caracas, city of farewells" came out. At that time, every one of the racist, classist and even neo-Nazi phrases launched by this group of upper-class young people "worried about their future" in which the best thing for them was undoubtedly 'too much' of Venezuela fleeing from Venezuelan communism.
Leaving aside all the jokes and the pathetic video, today we can rescue some of that: it is no longer the upper class young people who leave (and they left too long ago) now they are the middle class and the lower class, Young people of all social backgrounds are already deciding to leave the country to look for a "better economic situation".
Since the "Economic War" began, Venezuelan youth has lost hope little by little. The right has been in charge of sowing the idea that in Venezuela there is no future and all that professional youth or not, psychologically vulnerable to the media and accustomed to a consumption rhythm like that which Venezuela began to have since the commander stabilized in the Government, have decided to leave the country without looking back. Each time there are more and more. They are no longer in the Castellana farewell dinners of any friend, now in any Venezuelan house of any popular sector are the farewells.
I confess that I was completely reluctant to these events, almost calling "traitors to the country" those who leave this ship called Venezuela, but I must respect and instead of ATTACK those compatriots I should ask myself:
What are we doing from the revolutionary youth to combat this?
That's where the core in my head throws another question:
Are we being able to reach youth?
And the answer resounds: NO!
Development plans have been created, financing for socio-productive projects, educational technical training for Venezuelan youth to integrate into the economic and social development that the country is currently demanding, but nothing is further from achieving the necessary results.
What is happening is really serious, the Government invests millions in education to give the people free access and quality but we see that those who benefit from this are the countries to which our professionals emigrate: Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Uruguay, Peru and even Colombia are the destinations of desperate young people in many cases parents.
We can reverse this situation, I feel that from the same youth is to solve this reality.
