Vegetables salad with dilis...or anchovy.
Eating vegetables provides health benefits – people who eat more vegetables as part of an overall healthy diet are likely to have a reduced risk of some chronic diseases. Vegetables provide nutrients vital for health and maintenance of your body.

Thats why i really love vegetables. Why vegetables are important?
Eating a diet rich vegetables as part of an overall healthy diet may protect against certain cancers, such as mouth, stomach, and colon-rectum cancer. Diets rich in foods containing fiber, such as vegetables, may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.

Why do we have to eat vegetables?
vegetables are a good source of vitamins and minerals, including folate, vitamin C and potassium. They're an excellent source of dietary fibre, which can help to maintain a healthy gut and prevent constipation and other digestion problems. A diet high in fibre can also reduce your risk of bowel cancer.
