Ingredients for sauce:

Water - 1.5 cups
Orange juice - 2 teaspoons
Lemon juice - 1/4 cups
Rice Vinegar - 1/3 cup
Soy sauce - 2.5 sq.
Orange pea-1 tbsp
Brown Sugar - 1 cup
Ginger Kucchi- 1/2 tea.
Garlic cloves -1 / 2 tea.
Onion leaves coconut oil
Dry chilli powder - 1/4 tea.
Cornflower - 3 T.
Water-2

Ingredients for Chicken:

2 chicken breast meat - skipping bones and skin (2-inch pies)
Flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1/4 tea.
Olive Oil - 3 T.

Methodology:

  1. First, heat 1.5 cups of water, orange juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, all together and heat it to medium flame. Then keep stirring with orange peas, brown sugar, ginger curd, garlic cloves and onion leaves. When the water grows, keep it aside from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Then take chicken pieces in a vessel and mix 1 cup of chilled sauce made with it and keep it refrigerated for 2 hours.

  3. Mix flour, salt and chilli powder in another container and mix it with chicken pieces.

  4. Now, heat the olive oil in a bowl and fry the chicken pieces in the frying medium.

  5. Heat a sauce in another pan and heat it and let it dry. Blend cornflowers with water, mix these golden cornflowers with hot sauce. Then cook it for 5 minutes with chicken pieces of this thick sauce.
