I can’t tell you how many cases have I sat through that a person has their property (money, cars, houses and more) taken without due process and though no charges of criminality exist is, yet cops keep assets anyways. The American Police State (TAPS from here) is making this a reality in every day lives of innocent individuals minding their own business by attacking the God given rights of individuals without due process.
Too many times I have witnessed TAPS, from street enforcers, to State Reps and Senators and all members in between, see the Bill of Rights as a menace to their society Blue Bloods; kind of like Crips and Bloods, yeah like that.
How else can you explain the following actions of 30 plus one TAPS members attacking the Bill of Rights on video, and in the courtroom? How would this have faired if the District Attorney, Summer Stephen who is a big supporter for war on drugs (including Cannabis), if Stephen filed the alleged charges by the deadline, would the judge and ruled favor of the business?
It is very disturbing that the voters speak, and laws are established or banished, and yet the very people we elect into office (DA Stephan) trample on the rights of her own constituents. DA Stephens is so bent on the drug wars (what do you think we protect in Afghanistan?) that her own constituents voted to legalize medical Cannabis, and how fully legalized by the voters, will DA Stephens keep on attacking the Bill of Rights, or is her constituents voting her out once and for all…she is no hero, just watch the video and read the article below.
