Unable to add video attachments

Expected behavior

I expect that i should be able to attach a video file and share with my contacts.

Actual behavior

Video attachments cannot be added

How to reproduce

1. Download silence app from F-driod
2. Launch the application
3. Choose a particular contact.
4. Click on the three dotted menu at the top right, go to "add attachment"
5. Click on video for attachment option
6. Select any video file. The selected video will not be attached to the message.
