Utopian.io Twitter Analytics: 1

utopiantwitteranaly1.jpg

I’ve been running the official utopian.io Twitter account for a few weeks so now it’s time to take look at the analytics.

So, let’s dive in! The backstory on why I am running the utopian Twitter account is found after the data. I’ve been working about 4-5 hours per day and I’m also active in the Utopian Discord channel, which is awesome because people are actually helping people.

And just so you know, I asked to help with Utopian Twitter before @ned delegated his SP millions……..more info comes after the graphs and charts.

This data reflects about 2 weeks because that's how long I've been running the account. The account was basically inactive before I took the reins. This is all organic growth, no paid ads were used.

Twitter Followers when I started: 616
Twitter Followers now: 780

How you can help Utopian on Twitter

First of all, follow the official utopian-io Twitter account by clicking here.

Put your Twitter handle below, so I can add you to a Twitter list of active people…so when our Kickstarter campaign gets going, I can include you in a tweet. This will help momentum greatly.

When you tweet about utopian.io, use the tag, #utopian.

I’ve found that it’s just easier to type. I’m constantly scanning this #utopian tag to find more tweets for retweeting.

Next, you can help me by identifying yourself as an active Twitter user who is interested in being part of the Utopian mission. If you’re on Twitter, and you like what Utopian’s mission is (to basically dissolve the top-down corporate structure and replace it with a true meritocracy where people are rewarded with Steem for their open source contributions) comment with your handle below.

If you’re a good GIF maker and want to contribute to the Utopian GIF library, reach out to me on Steemit Chat.

Creating a community-driven Utopian GIF library will help out a lot on Twitter, so we can share lots of fascinating Utopian GIFs to the interwebs.

How and why am I running the utopian.io Twitter account?

On Nov. 5ish I asked @elear if I could run utopian’s Twitter account. Twitter is my second home, and after I finally figured out how Twitter works (after years of trying) I can say with authority that Twitter is the rolodex to the world. My vision and principles are perfectly aligned with that of utopian.io, so it was a no-brainer to figure out how I can best be of service to this profound and enlightening project. My prediction has indeed come to pass.

Most journalists hang out on Twitter and when they need a new source or interview, they search hashtags to find experts. I’ve been interviewed by several mainstream media sites like Bloomberg because journalists discovered my tweets about the topics they’ve been assigned by their editors. I also received a response last spring by Laura Shin, senior editor of Forbes crypto news coverage. So far, I’ve scored 2 interviews with media sites, just by being an active crypto Twitter user and being very proactive when journalists call upon me for interviews.
