Proposal
When a moderator or a community manager is about to evaluate the post,they have to look into the post to see if the post was reserved from another moderator or a community manager.
Since there are around 50+ contributions in some categories moderators might have to take a look at the all of the contributions they like and all of the contributions might be reserved before them,so to save the time and effort; adding the "reserved" icon will save lots of time in general for moderators/community managers.

After adding this feature moderators and community manager will not have to check every contributions page to see if the post is reserved or not.This will save moderators time and efficiency will increase.
