These are standby assistants that help out when someone surfing the website is confused or need instant help, the customer assistants reply every message from users almost instantly if not instantly. The role of the customer care assistants are very important as they serve as a map on any website.
So when it comes to the customer care assistants of a site, there are numerous duties they perform which aid users in times of confusion, this set of individuals are like a pillar on the platform as they take it upon themselves to make sure every question /query is being attended to in no time.
Some people may confuse the customer care to the contact us page, this is very different as in the case of the contact us page, users are mostly going to be sending a mail through to the site administrators which will not get an instant reply to their query, this delay, can be frustrating and thus make a surfer of the platform to loose interest in logging on next time. But in the case of the customer care, the reply is instant.
