Steemwinner should integrate more options to select winners in a post

Everyone would love to make use automated system to get things done easily and in order especially when it comes to a post that is about a contest.

The steemwinner is one which people make use of to get random winners from their posts.

Proposal

The steemwinner should be able to pick a winner from a post not just randomly but with the rules that's given in the post.

The steemwinner should be able to pick a winner based on highest upvotes, highest votes, better comment or entry if that's the aim of the post, keywords, and in general, it should be able to pick a winner or pick winners based on the set rules of that particular post.

Benefits

This will enable users see transparency in results as they won't think judges pick people they know and this will also make it
easier and faster to put up a result.

The developer of this good project should look into integrating this suggestion to the project.
