Project Details
This project is called Microsoft Touch Develop. It is made with the Microsoft Research. It is an app which help the users to create your apps on your phone, tablet or laptop. This app can works on iOS, Android, Windows, Mac or Linux. So it is really cross-platform.
Touch Develop is a user friendly app that can help to create and run programs by the the user without much experience nor knowledge of programming. This is a dream-come-true for non-programmers.
This app seems very useful and promising.
This project has a target language for 27 languages. If possible, every one skilled in any of these language should join in and help to get this app go global.

Translation process:
This is my second post of translating in Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong). So far translating is not difficult, there is not many code related strings. Most of the strings are non-technical words. The Machine Translation suggestion is helpful as a reference, but you can tell from the graph that I typed in most of the words myself.
