Introduction

Lately I have been on my pc in search of some open source website and today I came across a website called taiga.io, This website is aimed at creating designs for other project managers or sites owners. It has the necessary tools that one need to get a design done.

Suggestion

Websites should consider creating this faq option for their website, I expect all websites to have the faq option from the day they launched because this faq has to accommodate a well detailed question and answer if the site by the admins in order to reduce the workload of admins in the group. New members can easily click on the faq and read without any help from anybody, This feature would also save time. Below is the area where I want this option to be implemented on taiga.io website.

Comparison

A major percentage of all websites have his faq option this is to show the importance of this feature, let me share an image if the esteem application with the faq option.

Chat option

This option is a very important feature in any website also as it creates a cordial relationship with both the members and the admins, The members are able to reach out to the admins through this medium and also all questions and informations can be shared through that medium, that's the more reason why I'm suggesting this feature for taiga.io to implement it. Below is the suggested area where I want the chat option to be placed on the website.

Conclusion

Both suggested features are very important for any site and i hope taiga.io would adopt this features, This is my little contribution for taiga.io I hope it will be favorably considered.
