Me paseo por aquí saludando a todos en la comunidad de @Motherhood para presentarles este post. El deporte es algo que no tiene límites y no solo es para hombres sino también, para las damas. Con el objetivo de motivar a otras mujeres hacer deportes más allá de ejercicios para estar en forma, o moldear la figura hoy les presento a traves de imágenes y escrito lo que hacemos un grupo de madres representantes de la escuela de béisbol menor Rangers de Monagas, donde tenemos a nuestros hijos practicando la disciplina. _{Con una charla amena nos reunimos un lunes en horas de la tarde en el estadio de béisbol de la universidad de Oriente en los Guaritos Maturin Monagas, alli en un ambiente ameno discutimos puntos importantes entre los cuales puedo mencionar; Planificación de días de prácticas, definición de entrenadores y coaches y sobre todo un tema como el del prejuicio de la sociedad al vernos haciendo un deporte que en su mayoría lo practican los hombres. Sobre este último tema dejo una reflexión al final.

_{Luego de la intensa charla iniciamos con una serie de calentamientos y ejercicios corporales bajo las orientaciones y observaciones del cuerpo técnico definido, Ronald Cabello Manager joven de 28 años hijo de una de las integrantes del grupo, Nelson Aguirre 56 años padre de una compañera y @ovelperez82 de 41 años que es mi esposo quienes serán los coach.

_{Al rato no más, ya estábamos recogiendo rolins todas detrás de la tercera base, en una fila una detrás de otra mientras uno de los instructores nos bateaba los otros dos nos corregían y decían como se debía atrapar o coger la pelota y la forma de lanzar, es algo que no vamos aprender hacer de la noche a la mañana y todo dependerá del empeño de cada una en hacer bien las cosas. Querer ganarles a las otras madres de las otras escuelas de béisbol en un futuro nos motiva y eso es algo a favor.

_{A cada rato ya estábamos agarrando o entrando en calor, mejorábamos en cada intento, los lanzamientos que hacíamos a las bases eran casi perfectos al mejor estilo de las grandes ligas, el apoyo y aliento era mutuo a pesar que algunas compañeras les costaba hacer la rutina, se oía entre nosotras: "tranquila para la otra sale, vamos que, si puedes, no te rindas, vamos vamos ". para motivar a quienes de una manera pudieran sentirse mal por no hacerlo bien

_{Luego ya para concluir nos tocó fildear con batazos por el aire en los jardines, el grupo fue dividido en dos los entrenadores quienes se reunieron y de momento pensamos que íbamos a jugar 8 contra 8 pero ellos simplemente dijeron ya terminamos; una de nosotras pregunto: ¿Y no vamos a jugar? y el manager respondió: Primero aprendemos a gatear y luego caminamos, vayan a descansar... En resumen, nombramos a nuestro cuerpo técnico, muy bien en el primer entrenamiento, escogimos entrenar lunes, miércoles y viernes desde las 4:00pm en cuanto al prejuicio de la gente que tienden a catalogar a las mujeres que hacen deporte de este nivel vulgarmente de "MARIMACHOS". Acordamos que solo nosotras sabemos quiénes somos, que vamos a jugar para motivar a nuestros hijos, que vean que mama quiere ser como ellos y que nada en esta vida puede quitarnos el sueño de un fundamento para el desarrollo de nuestros hijos, nosotras estamos haciendo y poniendo un grano de arena para construir una sociedad distinta. ¿y tú que esperas?
