DIA is an application to design diagrams similar to microsoft visio but still minimal features, unlike microsoft visio, DIA is an opensource application or can be called also with a free application, so reasonable if it still does not have full features like microsoft paid visio.
Proposal
my proposal to DIA app is to upgrade the look that is not modern at all, and add some features that do not yet exist, and also add a more complete language.

Benefits
the benefits that we can get if it has added some of the above features is, the DIA aplication will be more complete, and users will increase because it is a free application, and by adding some languages to other countries then this application will be used by users in various countries.
