Create a record of approved contributions.

Components

Utopian.io is one of the Steem extension that is dedicated to support open source projects, but in recent weeks its growth has been exponential and this has generated several problems.

  • Moderators do not have a record of all contributions made since their creation.
  • Taxpayers lose a lot of time when it comes to finding out if someone has done something similar or the same.

Proposal

I propose to create a simple registry of all the contributions approved by the moderators, although it sounds complicated to do it by means of a database controlling them with files of type .txt, to organize them by means of an index that separates them by project , type of contribution, and a description enough specifies the approved contribution.

  • This registry has to be administered only by supervisors and moderators for an optimal functioning of it.
  • All taxpayers have access to it to save time when it comes to knowing if someone has made a similar contribution.

Mockups / Examples

Although it is a suggestion in its technical majority that option should be seen in the panel of Utopian.io

Benefits

This would bring many direct benefits for Utopian.io since it would save a lot of time both for the moderators when reviewing whether a similar contribution was approved and for the users when it comes to knowing if a contribution they had in mind was already made by someone else.
