Tonight I sold off some more properties in Chicago and was able to buy my fourth property in Brentwood and finish the collection. The collection multiplier is 1.5x so it's almost like having 6x properties in the neighborhood which is good for earnings.
I don't plan on selling these for a while and the floors are steadily rising for minting and selling. These should be good long-term holds in LA.
