In the middle of tropical storm Basyang, this maintenance and sanitary personnel moves on with his work keeping the provincial park Bacolod Lagoon clean of falling leaves and other stuff left by the park guests from the previous day.
The Bacolod Lagoon is one of the major parks in the city and frequented by families and kids, lovers, health buffs, and anyone who wants to enjoy a good clean environment.
But today, it is swampy due to the storm.
