have you ever heard about Universal High Income (UHI)? It's this cool concept where every adult citizen gets paid by the government, just for being alive. Sounds kind of wild, doesn't it?
I've been thinking a lot about UHI lately, especially with all the talk about robots taking our jobs thanks to AI. I mean, if machines are doing everything, what's left for us to do?
UHI might be the answer. Imagine not worrying about going hungry or losing your home. You could follow your passions, start businesses, or just chill out.
Now, I know some folks have concerns. They think UHI will make people lazy, but I disagree. We're not lazy; we're tired of being stuck in the grind. We want to make a mark on the world, but we're usually too busy just trying to get by.
UHI could free us up to be our best selves. We could be more creative, innovative, and involved in our communities.
I'm not saying UHI is perfect; there are definitely some kinks to work out. But it's worth considering because, let's face it, the world is changing fast, and we need a plan to thrive in the age of AI.
