There was a time when the management of institutions turned themselves to oppressors to the students they govern. They intimidate student to the point where the students started feeling inferior. This is getting out of control when a set of brave, focused and intelligent students come together to form a group.
Initially, these students started as activists. They advocate for the remaining students which they are also part of them. If there is any issue arising which concerned the students, they do well to take it up and fight for the rights of their dear students. Student welfarism is their utmost priority. They say when the purpose of a thing is not known, the abuse is inevitable. As time goes on, some set of students started taking it to be a tool for hooliganism and behaves rascally thereby causing nuisance in the school environment.
After this has been observed, the real activist amidst them formed an association named SUG (Students' Union Government), presenting themselves before the school management as agitators of students. SUG has three arms of government just as the nation itself- The executive arm, the legislative arm and the judicial arm.
