This illustration is for a small story, a short story of the same title that the drawing has so the writing is accompanied by this illustration
The idea is fantasy, a sphinx with owl features that flies carrying a small house shaped like a hat and with a human companion who is an apprentice magician and they both go around the world learning about magic and knowing new places
I do not tell you much about the story, it is not yet 100% written but the story goes as I told you in the description of the drawing, now I will leave you part of the process
