Thank not only for choosing me as a winner but way more beyond that and that is you made me feel my thoughts and our thoughts (in behalf of all the participants of the contest) matters and of value.

I think there is a great contributing factor in development of a person when their opinions and thoughts are heard and valued. That person will tend to have confidence in expressing feelings, suggestions and opinions knowing that there is a community thats believes and taking time to listen to what they say.
