Wiraland developers try to meet the needs of homes for people of productive age, especially in the city of Medan. One of them is through the Givency One Housing project.

For the third stage of Givency One, Jenny claimed to be the largest and most luxurious housing in Medan City. Because, the size and specifications of building materials are not like middle to lower market dwellings. This is done to ensure the satisfaction of its inhabitants.
"The roof of the house uses cast roof. In quality, this roof also becomes a layer of heat and noise dampening rain, durable and leaking," said Jenny.
