ULOG#68: Salad for a healthy Body 😊😊😊

Hi Uloggers!
Today I started my healthy lifestyle by eating healthy foods such as salad. :)
I know it is not easy to eat healthy food and have a balanced diet everyday because of our busy work .
I realized that I have been eating too much sweets and junk foods recently and I have been gaining a lot of weight.
I wanted to reduce my weight as soon as possible.
I though it was not easy but I should start now.

When I went to the mall I found a new Salad store and I tried to buy one of their delicious salad meal.
They do offer variety of salad and you can choose any ingredients or toppings.
They also serve healthy sandwiches and you know what they are very delicious and nutritious.

At first I hesitated if I can eat all of the dish but I was surprised because I ate all of it.
I did not know that I would love eating greens and nutritious meal.
Since I love salad now. I would love to continue more eating healthy food.
I will also start my exercise to avoid getting sick and obesity .
