Twitter needs to remove Donald Trump from its service

Posts are routinely violations of policy:
Harassment
Violent Threats (direct or indirect)
Hateful Conduct

Jack Dorsey needs to take a stand. And if he is unwilling to help his country, then the top 20 accounts need to inform Twitter they will not be on a platform until Trump is removed.

If Twitter wants cover, they can say they all heads of government from this point forward will be prohibited from maintaining an account.
Instead, the head of government can ask Twitter to deploy a message on his/her behalf to all users, much as the emergency response system operates.
They shouldn't need cover, however, the banhammer is very much justified. And taking this small, but important step will make the United States a much better place as well as draining a public space from one of the more odious cesspools of lies.
