On 14th February, Justin Sun the CEO of Tron and BitTorrent announced a strategic partnership revealing Steemit’s migration to the Tron ecosystem. According to the alliance, Steem will be migrating from its proprietary blockchain to Tron’s, indicating how the $Steem tokens will also be a part of the TRX ecosystem.
