If a population is dumbed down enough and sterilized over time, commandments such as these in the future could serve to give the next iteration of mankind guidance in how to live their lives. Think 10 steps ahead. Maybe 100-300 years.
With a 50% decline in sperm production of men, over the past 50 years the sterilization of mankind is well on its way. The birth rate in the west is on the decline. One does no have to kill 7billion people to eventually maintain a 500 million population. If birth rates continue to drop sperm counts continue to drop in a couple hundred years what might the population look like.
Throw in a plague and some natural disasters to speed the process and the natural conclusion is there will be an elite ruling class with a slave population perpetually dumbed down by toxic vaccines which by that time will be perfected to accomplish keeping iq's and reproduction of the surfs to a minimum.
By treating them with a modicum of fairness they never need find out what really happened to them nor would they question it. They would simply take their monthly injection and do what they were told to do and be happy about it.
Maintaining 500m people would always provide for suitable genetic material for the elite.
