April's fool in July

Trumps visit to Europe shooke up European leaders. Trump demanded more money for NATO and wanted the European countries to double the contribution immediately. However most countries cannot even afford to pay the currrent two per cent. Eight of the 29 NAVO-members hope to be able to pay the 2 per cent this year. According to Trump, the allies would have pledged to increase their defense spending with an extra 33 billion extra dollars. This commitment has ensured that Trump decided not to step out of NATO at this point. Also he decided not to charge Europe for steel tariffs because he believed Europe's promisses for buying more Soja. What Trump did not know is that the Europe government has no influence in this matter at all.
