I’m reaching out to notify you about an issue I've been experiencing for the past 2 or 3 days regarding the rewards from my posts. On several of my accounts where I set 100% of the rewards to @reward.app, I have not received the expected rewards. Currently, this has resulted in a shortfall of more than 10 HIVE, and I also see that there are 7 more days of pending rewards. At this rate, we are looking at a potential loss of around 50 HIVE, which is quite significant for us.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that the second-layer tokens on Hive Engine, usually distributed through your program, have not been received either. Due to this ongoing issue, we are considering stopping the use of your service until the matter is resolved.
I understand that technical issues can occur, and I hope this delay can be resolved soon. Could you please inform me of any actions being taken to address this issue and whether the missing rewards will be compensated?
