#12 Days - #4 Airports - #3Cities Welcome to Australia - Part 2 Tasmania

Hallo dear fellow stemmit users. This is Part 2 of our Travel experience we have had discovering Australia.
After we stayed a couple of days in Sydney we have had the plan to head to Tasmania. For me, Tasmania is a highlight as the island state's capital is Hobart which is very similar to my Family's name.

Besides being famous for seafood this city is as well a popular place if one want's to make a trip to Antarctica (South Pole). Visiting the South and North Pole is a thing which is on my List :)

Anyway back to Tasmania and its city Hobart. We basically stayed there for 48 hours and so we have had a tense Programme.

Things I recommend to visit in Hobart:

  1. Cascade Brewery

Cascade Brewery is a brewery established in 1832 in South Hobart, Tasmania and is the oldest continually operating brewery in Australia.

  1. Barilla Bay Oysters

Barilla Bay Oysters has one of the most delicious Oysters I have ever had and they are fresh out of the water. What I suggest doing well is joining the farm tour where they explain a little bit more about oysters and how they are grown etc.

  1. Red Tour Bus Hobart

Every big city has them the Hop-on Hop-off Bustour and in Hobart it is especially convenient as public transport is not that wide spreader and it can get expensive to ride with the taxi around.
