It is mostly made on a happy occasion. In our house, this recipe is mostly made on the occasion of a guest or on the occasion of a festival. It is good to eat sweet in the morning on the occasion of a festival I learned this recipe one year ago. When I gave my 10th class exams and I had six months vacation. During this period I learned to make *ras malai* on the occasion of Eid. During the eid my sister had to make a lot of recipes so I helped her. And I learned from them how to make this recipe.
