Trail Tuesday - A Walking Bridge Across the River

Hi steemit friends,

For my entry today into @extremejogging's trailtuesday tag, I am sharing a photo that I took a few weeks ago while out for a walk with my girlfriend in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. This is one of our favorite trails to walk on, as we try to do it at least once a week as long as the weather cooperates. This path is ideal for anyone who is interested in getting out to do some exercise. From walkers to runners to bikers - pretty much anyone is encouraged to and is welcome to enjoy this trail!

The first portion that I have photographed here takes you on a bridge that goes over the Saint John River. This is a nice portion of the trail because it has a great breeze that cools you off on really hot days. It is also very scenic as well since there are often several boats down on the water below. Once back on land, the trail proceeds along the shoreline of the river and has lots of green trees and bushes for people to admire. The trees also provide some shade which is very welcome on the warmer days of the summer!
