I've been banned from probably 10 different pump groups now (though most of them were the fake scam going around with the fake exchange). But I've been trading since 2017.. I always keep an eye out for which coins pump and I pre-buy those. I think the best, most honest pump groups will endorse that strategy among some of their members as it is more sustainable for the end user.
The strategy was keeping an eye on which selection of coins tended to pump (usually limited selection of small-caps) and buy the lows of those coins throughout the week instead and set high asks.
