Tour de Steem training is going strong! Since my last post I've gone for several rides that I'll try to sum up in this post. After my 10km ride on Monday, I went out for an out-and-back ride to see the cruise ships.
The following morning I woke up early and hit the gym for a 1 hour spin class and lifting session. Check out the training video below.

I've been getting a huge amount of support from community members like Matchpool and @sukhpreetsingh. Matchpool donated $100 to get the sony actioncam we need to start producing higher quality cycling videos.

Sometimes the cycling system gives us GPS information about where we're riding, it looks like we did a decent loop. Feeling accomplished I'll return for another session in the morning.
