RE: Productively manage your time.

This kind of situation happens all the time when you work under someone, but there is always a way to get out of it and it is by, creating the workspace/environment you want to see in your mind. You cannot move the office furniture or get an expense approved to redesign the office, but you can do that right inside your head so you can be productive.
I do that all the time and it sure helps me get things done despite the difficulties or restraint I get faced with daily.
