It was a wonderful morning on December 20 in the year 2017 and all the students in Mabinay National High School are all busy buzzing around, preparing their individual section programs, foods, gifts, surprises and different astonishment. It was the most awaited part of the school year-the Christmas Party, also known as the Year End Party. We spent it very satisfying in a form of escapism.
After the satisfying blast, my best friend Kate suggested to spend more time with us in Mabinay Spring Resort which is located a few meters away from school. At first I was hesitant because my mother might not let me, but good thing I was able to convince her in giving me the permission to have fun with my best friends.
So I, Kate, Sanrey, Kaye and Jezrah started our unexpected exploit to Mabinay Spring Resort. First, we stopped by Sanrey's house which is located near the school to borrow some swimming suits and swimming outfits before heading to the destination. While on the way, we were chatting and laughing remembering the nostalgic moments we had during our Year End Party and from the past memorable months before.
I can still remember how happy I was back then. And finally, we had reached our destination. We paid 10 pesos each for the entrance fee, and another 75 pesos as the entrance fee for the Swimming Pool Resort. After that, we splashed together in the normal temperature, laughing, chuckling, giggling, shouting-expressing how happy we were while enjoying every single second in that very moment.
We shared foods like spaghetti and some cooked bananas, we talked about a lot of things, remembering all the unforgettable moments we had before and recalling all of our funny moments that we had experienced since we were in elementary and also, how all of us ended up being together.
We played different silly games like splashing at each other, tag of war in the pool, drowning the non swimmers, doing unecessary stunts and just simply enjoying each others' company. It may not be considered as an exciting adventure beyond the horizon, or a perocious adventure deep whithin a mountain but just a get together in a simple yet cozy and comfortable environment that sets a pleasing atmosphere with the precious persons in your life. What more could there be other than making new and exciting memories with your siblings by heart?

In addition, the mentioned resort have a very friendly accommodation. They have their fascinating lagoon where you can swim and relax until night comes and enjoy the sparkling stars above. On the other hand, during day time you can enjoy Kayaking with your friends and family. They also have zip line for only 100 pesos each for adults and 50 pesos each for the children. When you want to take a walk and explore the nature-based surroundings, you can walk through their boardwalks. Also, when you want to stay for the night, they have this so called Cabanas good for families for only 1,600 pesos good for 8 persons per night.
