The morning of Octoer 04, 2017 marks the day of the 45th Alay Lakad staged at the Batangas Provincial Sports Complex. This year’s theme is, “Para sa Kabataan, sa Magandang Kinabukasan”.
This annual event is always participated y local government units, private individuals and institutions, as well as the Department of Education family which yearly bags the awards of the most numer of participants/delegation.
The delegation of Anselmo A. Sandoval Memorial National High School is composed of and headed by, Dr. Gabriel R. Roco, the school principal, and the male faculty, Cris Albo, Rodel Catajay, Carlo Africa, Marvin Abe, Paul Manibo, Jun Comia, Eleazar Basit, Mario Panopio, Roldan Maramot Jexson Dimayuga, Mark Basit, and Dominador Villanueva.
Also in attendance are the Girl Scout of AASMNHS headed by Mrs.Bernarditha Bonquin, and Mrs.Joana Marie Adante, along with 15 Senior and Cadet Girl Scout.
The Boy Scout of AASMNHS is also present being led by Mrs.Grace Arguelles with 10 Senior scouts and Eagle scouts.
The program is composed of a short walk along the oval of the sports complex, and a mass zumba dance by all the paticipants.
The proceeds of the said activity will fund the scholarship program of the Alay Lakad Foundation Batangas Chapter.
