At the time of this writing 1530 0n 6-28-18 3 commas owes us $264.48. This was skimmed off two orders and when they finally admitted to the discrepancy they offered $130 off a membership all the while trying to blame us. The first order was done on 6-24-18 @ 0821 for USDT-EOS @$7.77 with a trailing profit of 8% and as stop loss of 3% with a trailing of 3%. It went up to $8.60 which should have given us a profit of $258.86432 from a sell @$8.34 but they gave us $96.10 @ $7.98 thats a loss of $162.76 and initially the funds were there but approximately 2 hours later we noticed they were mysteriously gone, So when we asked they did the usual run around and finally they admited the problem was their fault but they only owed us $130 not the $162.72 and this took 24 hours to find out how much they were willing to give us back. Then they did NOT put it back into the account they instead put it in the membership area to use "so we would not have to spend our funds"? Like we would actually want to continue our relationship?... NOT!!! because by now our other order had went thur and it was for BTC-BAT and it had a ST of 3% also other but they let it go to 4.4% which ended up costing us another $80.37 for a grand total of $243.09. After 37 plus emails I finally told them to just keep it because after we get done telling everyone on the net about this SCAM the $243.09 would be worth watching the company burn in hell were it belongs. The beauty of the blockchain is it keeps everyone honest and its all there for the world to see so I hope this is a lesson you and others so you wont have to go thur this pile of dung called3commas and trust me they really think they can do whatever they want with your money. They have had a great push too and I fail for it but Im sure glad I had the since to do a few test run on their app and these were the very first ones. We have been very patient and we hoped it was just a glitch but their attitude and how they handled it taking three day to tell us that "all you are getting is the compensation we have giving you to help spend more TIME on our site" they have the ethics and morals you might find in a drug dealer and numbers don't lie and if anyone is interested I will give you the info to look it up yourself. AVOID 3COMMAS if you want to keep your money.
