My Food For Thought - Positivity In Life

Can I suggest that at the end of each day you ask yourself, and make a note of, the following:

           What 3 things have I done today that were good and I am pleased about?

                           What 3 things am I grateful for?

                      What have I done today that I am proud of?

When you wake, the following morning, remind yourself of what you wrote last night, and start the day with these answers in mind.
