We've been busy in @thereikiforest cleaning up, composting, and even planting some saplings! I am very pleased with the progress - and all this time & energy working with the land has got my voltage flying high today!

I am excited to get my butt in gear & get out there this morning with all those trees & falling leaves 🌲 🌳 😍 🍃 🍂 🍁

Reiki Tips, Tricks & Benefits

Step One: Decide when you will have a few minutes (or more) to get your reiki on.

Step Two: Choose a Tree to commune with.

Step Three: When you are ready to get your reiki on, place one hand upon your heart, the other upon your chosen tree. Take a few deep breaths, affirming silently within (or aloud if you prefer) that here in this now moment, you are ready & will-ing to connect with this Tree Being, and that you are open to receiving any messages or medicine they offer to bring forth as a gift.

Step Four: Send love & gratitude energy to your chosen Tree. Feel those vibes flowing from your heart, circulating throughout your body and continuing into the tree through your hand.

Step Five: Simply injoy this mutual exchange of energy for as long or little as you choose. This is a great way of connecting with and harnessing Reiki during your day. You can do a quick 5 minute meditation if your schedule is jam packed and receive benefits such as: relaxation, relief from stress & chronic pain, heal migraines, receive guidance, get centered and much more. You may feel tingly sensations or warmth spread throughout you, this happens quite often for many (but not necessarily). Allow your experience to be your own, go in without expectations or comparisons to another's if you are able. InJoy!
