El tour ya había comenzado bien en mi opinión.

It may be hard to believe but ... No, we are not stranded. This was part of the tour !. Something unexpected, at first I was scared but, instead of disliking it was very exciting.

The tour had already started very well for me.

❀ Müssle Wein.

Aquí se elaboran de forma artesanal vinos y licores dulces, con las frutas que se cultivan en la Colonia Tovar. Primero nos dieron una breve explicación sobre el procedimiento que usan para hacerlos, luego amablemente nos ofrecieron un poco de cada uno para degustación. Y es realmente exquisito, tanto que terminé comprando el de parchita.

Here wines and sweet liqueurs are made by hand, with the fruits that are grown in Colonia Tovar. First, they gave us a brief explanation of the procedure they use to make them, then they kindly offered us a little of each one for tasting. And it is really exquisite, so much that I ended up buying the elaborated with parchita.

Divertido ese letrero, aunque yo no tomo aguardiente. xD.

The sign says "Woman who does not drink aguardiente dies suddenly. And the one who drinks, the aguardiente preserves it".

Funny, although I don't drink aguardiente. xD.

❀ Gunter.

Otro de los lugares visitados fue Gunter, una fábrica de embutidos donde nos dieron algunas salchichas alemanas y polacas en pinchos para probar. También nos explicaron que hace tiempo poseían el récord Guiness por fabricar el embutido más grande del mundo.

Another place visited was Gunter, a sausage factory, where they gave us some German and Polish sausages on skewers to taste. They also explained that they had owned the Guinness record for making the largest sausage in the world a long time ago.

❀ Chocolates Artesanales.

Una excelente chocolatería, la cual trabaja con el cacao de la región. Aquí no solo explicaron sobre la elaboración del chocolate, también hicieron preguntas sobre la historia de la Colonia Tovar regalando algunos chocolates como premio, desgraciadamente mi falta de conocimiento no me dejó obtener ninguno... Aun así disfruté de las flores que adornaban el lugar.

An excellent chocolate factory, which works with the cocoa of the region. Here they not only explained about the making of chocolate, they also asked about the history of Colonia Tovar giving away some chocolates as a reward, unfortunately, my lack of knowledge did not let me get any... Even so, I enjoyed the flowers that decorated the place.

❀ Benitz.

De esta cervecería artesanal no tengo mucho que decir en realidad, no estuve presente en la explicación ni degustación. Por lo que solo les mostraré las fotos que tomamos.

I don't have much to say about this craft brewery, I was not present in the explanation or tasting. So I will only show you the photos we took.
