THE BOOK OF FATHUL MU'IN Q0DH0 'FASTING UP TO THE NEXT RAMADHAN MONTH

DISCUSSION OF FASTING

Fasting that did not get diqodho 'until the next month of Ramadan, then the law is interpreted as follows:

a. if there is no udod in ending qodha ', then it must be replaced with two things, namely menggodha'nya with fasting and paying fidyah. This is due to delayed payment of debt fasting until the fasting month in the following year. Fidyah payments are made by feeding the poor for one mud for every fast that is missed in each year.

b. If there are udzur in mengakhirkannya, such as ill etc., then simply by mengqodha 'fasting alone without having to pay fidyah.

Every day one of the monthly fasts must be paid 1 mud each year. For example ending qodha 'fasting for up to three years, then having to pay 3 mud every day from the fasting which is being renewed, and so on.

WHEN THE FAST BREAKING OR REPLACE THE WIFE

Scholars' disputes about the law of kissing a wife while fasting as follows:

  1. According to Imam Sa'id Al Musayyab, as told by Sheikh Al Khutobi, the person who kissed the fasting time, the fasting was canceled, and must mengqodho 'fasting, the same opinion narrated by Imam Al Mawardi from the sheh Muhammad Muhammad Al Hanafiyah and Ibn Sirin. This is also the opinion of Ibn Mas'ud. Ibn Umar too

  2. Imam Malik memakruhkan it, either for young people or people who are old.

  3. Some others allow it for the elderly. This is Ibn Abbas's opinion.

  4. Abu Tsur argues: if he is worried about going "over the limit" if kissing, then it is not allowed to kiss.

  5. The Imam Syafi'ie school of thought dealt with this issue as follows:
    A. if kissing is not arousing lust then the law there are two opinions there who say makruh someone who said khilaful hall (lbh well d leave) and this opinion mu'tamad.

B. When aroused lust then the law is forbidden when fasting is obligatory.

The above law applies to people who are young and old if not using hail (barrier).

In the book of Al Majmu 'explained that in this case, the opinion of Hanafi madhhab is the same as the Shafi'i school.

THE LAW OF SPERMA WHILE THE FAST

a. If the semen exits due to mubasyaroh (touching skin without jima '), such as masturbation, masturbation etc. (out semen with intentional), then the law of fasting is canceled.

b. If it is not intentional (not because of contact with skin), like Ihtilam (wet dream) the law of fasting is not void.
The number six of hala that breaks the fast is Inzal, which is the semen out of mubasharoh (touching the skin) with no jima ', either in a forbidden manner, such as channeling it with his own hands or in unlawful ways, such as using his wife's hand or slave hand women. And excluded from the semen because touching the skin is out of the semen because ihtilam (wet dream), it definitely does not break the fast.
