Happy Thanksgiving! Some Music Videos

Hi Friends! It's been a while so I thought I'd post something.

First, we just celebrated Thanksgiving here in the US. It's a good holiday with a good message - think about what you have and not what you do not have, and be grateful for the things you have. I'm thankful for Hive and the people of Hive! I'm grateful for my family and friends, and I got to see a lot of them this holiday weekend.

Second, it's a full moon! I still walk almost every night. You may recall that I did an actifit report almost every night for years. I may go back to it sometime. Exercise is still very important to me. So anyway, when I went out to walk, I saw a full moon almost directly overhead. It had a cloud ring completely around it, at a distance of probably 10 moons from the moon. Interesting! When I looked up again a bit later, that ring was gone.

Third, I still listen to a lot of music videos, and informational videos as well. But today I'll share some music videos.

Andreea Munteanu - My Boy Lollipop

This song My Boy Lollipop was originally made a hit by Millie Small in 1964. She is a Jamaican woman who isn't really that small at 5 foot 3 inches. Andreea Munteanu is a Romanian woman who is is a singer mainly of covers but also has some originals with the Iron Cross band. She might be around the same height. Here she is, doing a near perfect cover of My Boy Lollipop!

Diamante - 1987

I just found this today. It's hard to exactly describe this music. It's power pop, or new wave, or synthwave or something! I'll be watching for more from this band. The singer is female and she has Jane Fonda exercise attire on, something one would see in the 80s. The song rocks!

John Travolta and The Bee Gees

And now a commercial from Capital One! They recreated Saturday Night Fever with Tony Manero back as Santa! Tony isn't a 19 year old dancer anymore. Now he is older but he still has the moves!

By the way, this is a pretty good credit card. It pays 1.5% cash back on payments made with it. You can pay your mortgage, gasoline, car payment, groceries, medical bills, insurance, even your taxes with it - all while earning 1.5% which is profit if you don't let the balance revolve. Pay it off in total before the due date and enjoy free money!

See you all again soon! Have a nice day! :)
