That being said, production delays have occurred, largely because of overhead costs which have made Tesla decide to hike up the price, and deliver later. While this has not made buyers very happy, the Model 3 is nonetheless, happily anticipated by futurists and lovers of high end vehicles. So, does the upcoming Tesla Model 3 actually deliver on the hype? Will everyday American be seeing artificially intelligent cars on the roads now? Well, the truth is that the auto-pilot feature primary assists the drive make wise driving choices; for example, if you want to change lanes, all’s you have to do is flick the indicator, and the auto-pilot will figure-out the rest, and change lanes for you. The technology does better on the highways and freeways (assuming your brave enough to go there with auto-pilot); however, the Tesla’s auto-pilot tends to get a bit confused when driving in mundane local traffic on the busy municipal roadways- that’s why the human driver needs to still be alert and with it. also, Tesla’s auto-pilot technology currently needs to human driver to kind of: teach it how to drive after it is first being used. Tesla is not at the level of something like “Knight Rider” just yet, but they’re getting there despite the worries. So, after all that being said: Are you ready to buy a new Tesla Model 3?
