Hello Fellow Citizens!
The time is here! I know this has been brought up in the Discord as a feature request more than any other in the past 6 months and I am excited to say we finally have came up with a system that will allow us to track and rewards players based on their activity in all facets of the game using the Level & XP system released last week.
Leaderboard Rewards ACTIVATED
When visiting the leaderboard you will now be able to see a few new things... On the top you will see the time left until the current rewards cycle is over along with the total $SCRAP reward to be distributed to players. The top 20 players get the lion share based on ranking, following that there is a descending reward for the rest of the top 200.
The amount of $SCRAP scales with the total amount of $SCRAP circulating over time to keep pace with the game.
How to Rank
To rank on the leaderboard you need to get Experience... there are a few ways to do this currently in the game and more to come in the future. The first way is to Level up your character by making them stronger. You will get experience 1:1 for the amount of $SCRAP used on all upgrades that require you to BURN 🔥 $SCRAP only! STAKING/STASH does not count towards XP
You can also receive additional XP by fighting bosses, each boss fight will award you with +100 XP
You can also receive additional XP by Questing, each quest chain will award you with +50 XP
