Espero que estén pasando un lindo viernes!!💛 En esta ocasión les traigo la preparación de esta deliciosa receta que preparé el día de hoy, se trata de pasta en salsa bechamel con maíz dulce y jamón ahumado. Primero colocamos una olla con agua y sal a fuego alto, cuando empiece a hervir agregamos la pasta y revolvemos.

Vamos revolviendo hasta que esté al punto que deseamos.

Cortamos el jamón ahumado en cuadritos pequeños.

Y procedemos a preparar la salsa. Colocamos en una licuadora un vaso de agua.

Después agregamos la mitad del maíz.

E incorporamos las tres cucharadas de leche en polvo, maizina y el cubito de caldo de pollo.

Colocamos la olla a fuego medio y vertemos la salsa, vamos revolviendo hasta que ésta espese.

Cuando espese agregamos dos cucharadas de mantequilla y cuando se derrita completamente agregamos la pasta.

When it thickens we add two tablespoons of butter and when it melts completely we add the pasta.
