The above website is a fake scam ico site claiming to be the telegram public sale. Unfortunately, there was no telegram public sale. Telegram sold 1.7 billion worth grams token in the private sale. Since they have more money than they asked for, they decided to cancel the public sale.
Any website claiming to be telegram public sale are scam. Cause there is no public sale stupid! Anyone sending them $$$ will lose money. And, always research before sending money to ico websites.
